At Mts Persoon in Uithuizen, Jongejans Luchttechniek installed a customised dust extraction solution for potato processing.<\/strong> The modern sorting line is equipped with an Agra PGF 500, enabling fine dust to be extracted as close to the source as possible.<\/p>\n

The result is a cleaner, safer and more pleasant working environment, with less dust spreading around the sorting line and reduced dust deposits on machinery and equipment.<\/p>\n

Sorting and processing potatoes can generate considerable amounts of fine dust. At transfer, handling and sorting points in particular, dust can quickly spread throughout the working area.<\/p>\n

This can lead to dust settling on machinery, floors and other surfaces, increased cleaning requirements and poorer air quality around the sorting line.<\/p>\n

Dust extraction on the sorting line with the Agra PGF 500<\/h2>\n

For the new sorting line, Jongejans Luchttechniek selected the Agra PGF 500. This filtration system<\/strong> is designed for the extraction of fine dust particles in intensive processing operations and is suitable for continuous use.<\/p>\n

The dust extraction system was carefully adapted to the layout and operation of the sorting line. By capturing dust at the relevant points, the system helps prevent fine dust from spreading unnecessarily throughout the working area.<\/p>\n

The Agra PGF filter<\/a> removes fine dust from the airflow and automatically cleans the filter elements using compressed air. This helps maintain a stable airflow and reliable performance, even in environments with high dust concentrations.<\/p>\n
