Collection and use of personal data from customers, suppliers and other contractors.
We would like to inform you that we will collect and use the personal data you provide us because this is necessary to conclude and execute any agreement with you. This applies to both our (potential) customers and parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.

If you are a (potential) customer of ours, we use your data to send you a quotation, to determine which specifications or wishes a particular item or service must meet, to deliver items or perform work for you, to invoice you and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about the implementation aspects of the agreement.

If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary for the conclusion and performance of the agreement. For purchasing, this is necessary to inform you of the specifications or requirements a specific product or service must meet, to send you a quote request or place an order with you, to pay your invoices, and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about other aspects of the agreement.

You are not obligated to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with any or insufficient personal data, we may not be able to carry out the aforementioned activities.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you visit our website. These text files store information that can be recognized by the website on subsequent visits.

We also place functional cookies. We do this to make our website easier to use. This includes, for example, storing products in your shopping cart or remembering your login details during your visit.

Analytical cookies allow us to see which pages are visited and which sections of our website are clicked. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. The information Google collects in this way is anonymized as much as possible.

Transfer to third parties
In connection with the performance of any agreement with you, we may need to provide your personal data to parties who supply parts, materials and products to us or carry out work on our behalf.

Retention period of personal data
If you requested a quote from us but did not become our customer, we will delete your data no later than one year after our last contact. Likewise, if we received a quote from you but did not become your customer, your personal data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact. If you did become our customer, or we did become your customer, we will retain your personal data for seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you was fully performed. This seven-year period corresponds to the period for which we are required to retain our records for the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. After this period, we will delete your personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data. If there is reason to do so, you can also ask us to supplement your personal data or to correct any inaccuracies. You also have the right to request that your personal data be erased or that the use of your personal data be limited. You can also object to the collection and use of your data or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Finally, you can request us to obtain your personal data or transfer it to another party.
