You instruct the engineers, oversee the lines, and ensure that projects run smoothly. Every component, every moment, and every detail serves the project. You'll make it a successful outcome.
What are you going to do?
As project manager, you oversee the entire process. You're the one who moves with the project. At the outset, you set the course: you map out requirements, develop a route, and ensure everything is technically sound. Then you monitor the plan, provide guidance where necessary, and communicate with everyone on board.
You'll work from headquarters in Den Helder, but you'll also regularly venture out to measure projects, meet with customers, and inspect locations. Along the way, you'll coordinate with production, ensure suppliers know what to do, and keep technicians on track.
What are we looking for?
You're a strategist. Someone who thinks ahead and sees risks before they arise. You love technology, but you also love structure, planning, and navigating between options. A roadmap quickly forms in your mind: where others are still gathering, you're already underway. You enjoy working with clear goals, but you're not afraid to stray from the path if it leads to a smarter outcome.
For this position we are looking for someone who:
- Has HBO work and thinking level
- Experience with 3D drawing tools
- Speaks and writes good Dutch and English
- Quickly switches between technology and team
- Full-time available
Do you have experience as a project manager? Great.
Not yet, but do you have what it takes? Then we'll teach you the ropes.
